SDHCC offers a text messaging program to send enrollment and appointment reminders and related information to individuals who opt in.
- Consent: By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from SDHCC. Consent is not a condition of receiving any service from us.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt in again.

- Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
